Subprocessors
Last updated: July 29, 2026
RAUM AI engages the third parties below to help deliver the service. This page lists every subprocessor that may handle customer personal data, what they are used for, and where they operate. It is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.

3. AI providers are not our subprocessors
RAUM AI operates on a bring-your-own-key model. You supply your own API credentials for OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini, and ticket content is sent directly from our backend to the provider you selected, under your contract with that provider. We do not resell, proxy or retain model access on your behalf.
This means your chosen AI provider is a subprocessor of yours, not of ours, and its data handling is governed by the agreement you hold with them. Your choice of provider and model is configurable at any time in your dashboard.
If you enable a RAUM-managed AI package in future, the relevant provider will be added to the infrastructure table above and notified under the change process in section 5.
4. Zendesk
Zendesk is your system, not ours. RAUM AI connects to your Zendesk account using credentials you authorise via OAuth, and reads and writes only within that account. We are not a subprocessor relationship in that direction — you remain the controller of your Zendesk data throughout.
5. Changes to this list
We will update this page before engaging a new subprocessor that processes customer personal data. Customers on an active subscription may request advance notice of changes by emailing hello@raum.am, and may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds as set out in the DPA.
